Step 1: Go to Google and find what that part number is. You very quickly find that it is Tacoma 5100 Adjustable Bilsteins.

That rear shock is a 5100 rear shock for a 1st gen Tacoma. That means it is an eye to eye shock. You will need a shock that has a stem on one end. The bushing size on a D560 is also larger.
