I would just call around scrap yards and ask if you can remove it yourself for $30.

It only takes 20 mins to remove and they can't normally sell it.

I've redone head liners before and it's super easy. A can of 3M adhesive and a roller and fabric.

Just a thought, my '96 Taco had a really durable vinyl (I think) head liner and it was super tough and really easy to clean.

No just Chevy trucks but head liners don't vary much just different shapes. I can see of I can find some pics of the process.

check out Auto Carpet for Car, Truck, Van - Stock Interiors They sell an SUV kit for 60 bucks, or you can pull the headliner yourself and take it to an upholstery shop. The local shop charges us 140 bucks to recover most any headliner, and they can usually knock it out in a few hours.

Great info, took me a minute to find, but exactly what I need. I will post pictures of the process when I do it. Thanks

Also I love your quote at the bottom of your post, trying to figure out how to post that info...I will get to when I have read so much my brain needs a break...
