Does a 99+ lower valance(fatlip) or apron fit a 96-98 front bumper??

I want to keep my chrome front bumper but I do like the way the lower apron or valance, lip, spoiler, whatever you call it, looks, Will it fit after I remove my original plain looking one?

No, but the 99+ bumper comes in chrome too.

shoot, ok so I need a 99+ everything then? bumper-apron-lights etc?

yes, and youll have to modify the mounting brackets.
