New to Me 2000 Sport
Just put money down on a 2000 SR5 Sport with the rear locker option. It is in great shape with 131K on the clock. And it just had the timing belt, pump, other belts and hoses replaced. It has a 3" lift and fairly new Hankook tires. I got it to drive the mining roads in the mountains here in Colorado. Not interested in hard core wheeling, just a dependable 4x4 that is comfortable to navigate those roads for exploration, photography, and fishing.
Here's a lousy pic of it on the dealer's lot.
Cheers

Looks good. I have the same model in silver. However they didn't opt for the rear locker when they bought it. Smh.

Sounds like you picked the perfect truck for what you need. I wouldn't trade my 2000 for anything.

Welcome and congrats on the very clean looking truck;I live just on the other side of town over in Ken Caryl,we should hit the trails sometimeas I don't do anything too hardcore since I like my truck being close to stock but just enough to be quite capable.

Looks good (okay, I'm a bit biased ).
Do you mind if I ask how much are you paying for it?
Oh, and by the way, there is no 2000 Sport. There were only Highlanders. Sports didn't officially appear until 2001.

Ron, I would like that. After I pick the truck up and thoroughly check it out, I will give you a holler.
