Do your blinkers work? I left the hazard switch unplugged once and I didnt have blinkers, so it could be something else in the circuit, not necessarily the horn or flashers.

I actually searched for this earlier this week.
My turn signals weren't working because I had the center console unplugged.
(not your problem I assume since you say your hazards don't work).

But, I found a thread that said to check the relay behind the fuse in the junction box by the drivers knee.

I don't have the thread up anymore... but just search for turn signals don't work or turn signal relay

Horn Circuit:
50A J/B Fuse parallels to 15A Horn, 10A Stop, 7.5 ECU-B & 30A Power then...

15A Horn/HAZ Fuse to Body ECU
Horn Sw. is Negative signal to Body ECU
Body ECU sends 12v to Horns

Hazard Circuit:
15A Horn/HAZ Fuse to Hazard sw. (Blue/White wire)
Switches to Green/Red to Flash Relay in Body ECU

Sounds like a bad connection, either to or in the Body ECU.
