I went down the same road in 2015: tried the Gamiviti LandCruisier gear, and it wouldn't fit. I was able to find a donor gear from a used seat, and got it back together. I wish I would've measured the good gear while I had it off, and then I could provide a CAD model to you or Gamiviti. I guess I'll take the measurements of a good gear when it fails again!
BTW, prototype plastic molded parts are quite cheap these days. If it were me, I'd contact Gamiviti, but if they don't want to reverse engineer the gear, then I would do a short run of molded parts and sell them here. I wouldn't make any money on it, as this thread shows that this isn't as big of a problem as it is with the LC.
Since I replaced the gear in 2015 I tell everyone to not adjust the seats unless they have to!
And as I'm the only one that drives the rig, the driver's seat very rarely gets moved.
