Key Fob 4Runner

Hey guys, I wanted to purchase this for my truck but I don't have the cash to install it does any one know how to program these or if they can even be done by a average dude like my self?

The factory rs3000 remotes are very easy to program. You can search for the directions online. I know the main part is to push the green button on the control unit under the drivers seat.
