I'm confused. What are the doors for? Where will the tire carrier spindle be installed?

Too heavy for what? We are not building racecars. Lol. We both have OME heavy coils that are good for an extra 300lbs. As the bumper sitts now it only weighs about 100lbs and we don't have too much more weight to put on. Especially since the spare your was originally at the back of the truck.

Hey yoterman, nice project. I have a Snap-On MML250 MIG/TIG for sale in chino valley.
Would look nice alongside your new plasma. Obivously you already have a welder, but if u know someone.
