1999 Limited Rear Window Bypass
Rear window replays in the tailgate ECU just buzz, and the window will not move. Is there anyway to run new wires from the body ECU/Fuse Box to the window motor and bypass the rear tailgate ECU.

Check the ground wire. A weak connection somewhere.
You can find a relay easily for toyota's.
