Drivers side high beam headlight not working

Hey guys, the drivers side high beam for my 2000 T4R is not working. I tried replacing it with a new bulb but that didn't work. It also doesn't work when i pull back on the high beam switch. What do I do?

Check your fuse? With DRL's, Left high is a separate fuse.

Get a VOM or test light. Check for voltage at both ends of the fuse and at the headlight plug. HI Left power is green with white stripe on a 2002, yours is probably the same.

If you have voltage at the plug, swap with right side bulb to rule out dead bulb out of the box. It happens. I'd also try swapping LH and RH fuses--sometimes they look good at first glance but aren't.

Here is your wire diagram (2002, but 2000 should be the same, I think.)

Whatever it was, it must not give a sh!t because it's been gnawing on the battery ... Perhaps a honey badger?
