!!Crash!!
Well Im sure half a million people have already posted this exact thread so I'll keep mine simple and to the point. An old man rear ended me (his fault). Now I need a new bumper which sucks cause I recently got this one color keyed. I am looking at the tube styles because I am a broke a** college student. Narrowed it down to Addicted or Savage. I think Im going with Savage cause I like how it looks. How is the durability? Any complaints? Im super pissed because I was content to just have my 98' look like a 00' s model but seeing as this is my second rear end collision, I think its time I beef up. Thanks guys. Heres some pics:

Are you sure it was his fault? Not trying to sound like a **** but seriously 2 rear ends? Maybe you should be more aware of your surroundings haha just playing. I like addicteds bumpers but am looking at cbi hybrid bumper ght be in your budget?

I'll look into that. Price is a big factor though. And 963rdgen the reason i dislike the addicted is because the side plate with the holes in the side. IMO it makes it look like someone built it with scrap metal they found in a junkyard. But to each his own...

Ok well the Savage is looking more and more appealing. I actually removed the entire rear bumper and have been driving w/o it all day. Is that illegal? IDK, and I dont want to get pulled over.

If it was his fault can't you get his insurance to pay for it? I remember my mother's jeep 4 years ago got hit by somebody else, and there insurance covered it.

They cover the cost of what it would cost to return it to its original state. The money that I get, I plan on putting towards an aftermarket bumper.

I was rear ended in my old xj and the insurance priced my rear bumper plus painting and install at like 1k so maybe be able to afford a better rear bumper then you think?
