If I parked on the street and people parked this close me to block me in, I would be mad.

I hate when I park at the grocery store and some tool parks to close to me.

After getting all the ball joints up front done you have to get them tested right?

Went out with a buddy that has a 02TC Highlander

Adventures of the day in Carova, NC: (in no particular order since they are from two phones)

Co-pilot photograher (with her phone since I forgot to charge my cameraS)

"Lunch Break"

After lunch we didnt take as many photos. This was the challenge of the day climb. Buddy dug himself in and I had to get up half way and get my recovery strap out to get him out.

And since this IS a build thread, I put in some used 99 rear springs before the trip:

(unsettled)

I used to have a white EG hatch just like that (only not as clean), with a b20, built for autocross

It was "hard" but not impossible, obviously. I used a 10mm alan key with a 15mm box wrench on it.

I'm still trying to think how your going to implement IAMS into your build.

Haha, looking good man! Keep it up! I like your Tacoma wheels and everything! You officially caught the bug.

What part of VA are you in? Im in woodbridge, and just got done with the upper/lower balljoints last weekend (what a pain in the ass) couple months ago I did the leaky valve cover, and flushed all the fluids, Now i just have a couple little things left so i can order the lift next month. Tires are already in the garage!

So far my ball joints were the only two man, and my roommate wanted to help with that. The wheels are taco rims right now. Looking at getting a set of Trail Editions eventually or FN five stars.

I'm in Norfolk. Ball joints were a PITA for sure.

Told you I was getting a set of 5th gen Trail Editions:

Dont mind the sag... that has a full set of rims and tires, and a full tool box in the back.

On a side note: anyone looking for some 4thgen/taco rims? with tires!

Welp considering I screwed up the majority of my linked photos (that are now fixed) and its been over 2 years, I figured it was over due for an update. I'll grab some photos of things when I get a chance but having another parts truck to get stripped and other projects are taking priority.

Done list:
Interior:
Swapped to 01 clothes
Swapped to 01 rear plastics with larger storage
Pioneer 4100 NEX headunit with Bluetooth and back-up camera

Lighting:
Mini-D2S retrofit complete
Clear corners/bumper lenses

Parts on standby:
1st gen TRD charger (needs preventative rebuild)
Blown HG motor to do a build on for reliable higher boost
K&N cold air intake
BMW X5 LED fog lights

Parts coming in:
906/880 coils
Bilstein 5100's to come soon
