rear door not opening?

so last night my rear trunk door decided it wasnt gonna open anymore, anyone know of a writeupe on how to take it all apart before i hack at it?

the tailgate that is....the rear window gos down but the door wont open i think its the mechanical assembly....

I just had to do this recently. Turned out a small screw rattled its way RIGHT to the VERY spot where the latch it. You have to crawl inside your truck and take the panel off there to get to the guts.

rear latch - something fell

lol yeah i figured it out allready....i got one of my drills with a socket on it and had at it....took me a few mins to get off and 30 seconds to get it back together....lol it turns out it was the lock cylinder is loose, when i bought my 4runner several months ago the lock cylinder was missing and the guy said it was ok cause of the power locks....he didnt tell me the 2 screws that hold the lock in place were all jacked up...oh well....
