Be careful when using line-x or any other rubberized undercoating on your frame especially the guys from up north because if you have any frame rust you could be locking it in . Some of these frames rot from the inside out .

I talked on the phone with eastwood for over an hour and came to the conclusion that por15 would be very good but is a PITA to install since you have to brush it on. Eastwood is a por15 dealer too. I used 4 cans of their internal frame paint, 6 cans of rust encapsulator, and about 6 cans of extreme chassis. Also used half a bottle of PRE their prep chemical. All the products were amazing.

You just drive in and they put your vehicle up on a lift and spray the undercoating on your vehicle. And when I say spray...I mean they spray everything. In my opinion, that's good and bad. The good is they can coat every little nock and cranny...the floor pans, axles...everything. Bad part...they spray everything...to include shocks, springs, etc... So you have to tell them what to cover up. The shop I went to...the guy was really cool. He let me watch him do all the prep-work...and actually I helped out. He had a wire brush that he scraped all the rusted areas to get all the lose flakey stuff off so the undercoating had a good solid surface to stick to and then he wrapped everything that you do not want sprayed. 2/3 of the time I was there, was prep-work.

The undercoating they sprayed on took like 48 hrs to dry, but you can drive it right a way. They just told me to stay off gravel roads and not to drive in the rain.

I'm sure this isn't perfect and I think a lot has to do with who does the work. If you get some rookie, who's making minimum wage, smoking dope, and could care less...I would run. If your luck, like me, and get the shop owner who treats the job like he is spraying his own car...you will be very happy!

Good luck...

I'd love to do that. But I think I'll have to spend my time not my money lol. This time at least.
