Body Lift Block ID/Bolt length- Steering Shaft bolt length

How's it going guys. For those of you that have done a body lift/have a body lift sitting around can I get some dimensions from you guys? I have a list of knows and Need to knows. (please give me your opinions on the knows) I plan on piecing together, and making my own body lift. (I am capable to make/find the material to do so)
Knows:
OD for BL blocks:
2-2" for the Front
8-2.5" for the rest of the body.

Needed:
ID for the BL blocks (knowing this, I can find GRADE 8 bolts on my local hardware store.)
Length of (all) bolts (stock) (If I know the stock bolt length, I can just add 1.5" to the stock length correct?)
Stock steering shaft bolt length. (Again I can just add 1.5" to stock length correct?
Washer (OD) for the mount on the body side.
Thanks Fellas. (Hopefully no one who is following my build reads this. lol)

EDIT: (Is a steering shaft extension needed at 1.5"?)
EDITx2: I am not selling these, this is for personal use, and future reference for any who plan to piece together their own Body Lift.

How come you're gonna put 2" in the front and 2.5" pucks on the rest of the mounts?

Edit: maybe I read that wrong and you're talking about the diameter?

Please provide more details (sizing, bolt specs) for your proposed DIY body lift. Kind of overpriced IMO to have to pay $120 to buy a preassembled kit of which is probably only worth $20.

Because 2.5" is not really needed up front.

Yes, I am looking for the ID. (Inner Diameter[of the pucks])
Thanks for replying.

I am sorry, I don't understand what you are asking for here. I am trying to get said specs myself (hence my asking) lol .
Thanks for your reply.

Today is your lucky day. Just ran out to the garage and found my old body bolts, just for you.

6 of M10 x 132mm (or 5 1/4")
2 of M10 x 114mm (or 4 1/2") *Check the pic as threads are not at the bottom
2 of M14 x 180mm (or 7")

Yes you will need a steering shaft extension for a 1.5"BL.

Oops, sorry. What I meant to say above was, when you are done could you let us know what you end up going with in terms of spacer sizing and bolt specs (thread, length, diameter etc...)?
