Two quick questions

Ive always wondered if there is a way to COMPLETELY turn off the AC. I have the Limited, and when i press the off button, it still stays on but ever so slightly. I can feel it and sometimes it annoys me.

Does shifting to neutral on a long down hill help save gas/the engine? I usually only do this when im low on fuel haha

Assuming you have the same climate control as me just slide the vent control to inside air. When its on fresh air or whatever they call it it constantly pulls fresh out from outside the truck and you will always have a breeze through your vents.

As for gas not sure exactly but I do the same thing always have and haven't had any negative impacts on my rigs.

For the neutral question: from what I understand, modern fuel injected engines will actually cut off fuel supply if you leave it in gear and just let it coast down the hill. If you put it in neutral, it will idle and use fuel, so you actually save gas leaving it in gear and just letting it coast. Someone more knowledgeable can verify that though. I could be wrong lol.

You should be in low gear for engine braking when going downhill anyhow so you don't burn up your brakes and brake fluid.
