Monroe strut for TRD Tundra

Ive been thinking about getting trd tundra coils and shocks for up front whenever i put my lift back on. I found these on ebay Monroe 171347R Front Strut Coil Spring Assembly | eBay but im wondering if anyone has had any experience with them. They are a lot cheaper than new tundra strut assemblies, i just need someone to push me off the ledge and tell me to get them or pull me back and stick with Toyota parts.

So i found the set on rock auto for 206 shipped. I think that im going to buy them and tell you how they are. Hopefully they give about 2.25 inch of lift like stock trd tundra strut assemblies.

Subscribed.

Let me know how it goes. That's a pretty good deal if it works out.

I have Monroes on my rear, and they do the job. A little soft for my preference but all in all, they're a good set of shocks.

I had a pair in the rear (those blue colored cheap shocks about $26 a piece or so) and it failed like in 3000 miles!
I have Bielstein 5100 shocks and I find it is bit tight and looking for a softer shocks. Might sell those bielsteins as soona s I find replacements. I have about 2 inch lift in the rear.
