Compression test results

I did the compression test today on my 99 V6. I followed the steps in the FSM. This Runner has just over 150K on it. All cylinders were within 5 PSI of each other. Five of them showed 210 PSI and one showed 205. The FSM calls for pressure above 174 PSI. My question is if the higher pressure is anything to worry about? I was using an inexpensive rental from O'Reilly's that was brand new and was never opened. Thoughts?

Run Seafoam thru there to clean up carbon deposits then retest to get a truer number.

Shoot, I forgot to take any pics. I took the upper and lower halves apart and there was oil caked on the top of the lower half like it had been oozing out of the metal gasket. It was definitely coming from the aluminum intake though. I assume it had been slowly leaking for a long time. The metal gasket was slightly wet with oil. I didn't have a new gasket so I just tightened it back up and I'll keep an eye on it. I think the PCV valve had to be the culprit. How else would that much oil be seeping through the gasket?

Different pressure testers give different numbers. Use a snap on compression tester for better results
