I think the 240's look sick. I mean, their bigger, but they produce better light output. I'm also a function over form kind of guy, so my opinion is very biased.
I think they look good as well though. I know those things put out some lumen. You have my vote.
The only issue I see with them, would be that they extend past your bumper. So if you get into a collision, your fogs will see the impact firsthand. This is maybe excluding cars, but they will hit walls and trucks and such.
This isn't really my thing, but you can smoke the lens on your head lights, side markers, and LightForce 240's just a little bit, and it'll blend better with your truck, and not be so obnoxious, ya know? (Just if you don't like the look of them.)

Could you recess them into the grill some amount so they blend in with the lines a bit more? They look like really nice lights though

I could cut a little hole and push them way back till they are almost flush with the bumper! Not sure if I want to cut up my nice grill. What is everyone's thoughts on that?

I tried to split the difference. See build thread. i do have front crap (hoop, satoshi grille etc) all over mine so the lights dont stick out. Functionally go with the big dogs. If you want form, put the rock guards back on. Hard to find an in between size.

I wouldn't cut into your grill for those lights. You never know if you'll change your mind, and then you have holes in your grill. Also, you might be able to tuck them in, but you might lose flexibility with angling them in various directions.
Your best bet for something big like that, and with our trucks, is to go buy a roof rack and mount those puppies on the front.

they remind me of dog the bounty hunters wife's boobs.
i would be scared to break the lenses because its so much surface area for rocks.
i bet they kick butt at night tho!
