If you didn't get the link, just go to ebaymotors and search for 4runner led tail light; usually one of the first options that pop up. All sorts of combo buys as well; tails+corners, tails+backup leds etc.

There's a lot more to it than simple brightness. They can even be too bright!
Things like visibility angles and differentiation between functions are part of the standard too.

that said they're not necessarily illegal but you could be on the hook in the event of an accident so be careful!

Well I'm not too worried about them now since I don't own the truck anymore. But good point. Would them saying DOT approved be good enough? I think they had that on them.

I've seen knockoffs with DOT on them, but I think from an owner's point of view if they said DOT you could argue due dilligence.
