Is this normal?

I was looking around under my 2001 this evening and noticed what I thought looked strange. My OME 906 springs appear to be totally compressed on the top half of the spring. I know they are progressive but I would think there would still be a little space at normal resting position. This is even without the weight of the spare and hitch. I still think it rides great and I can't notice any significant sag since I installed them about a year ago.

Thanks for any information.

Just went out and checked mine. I have about enough gap to slide a card into. I just installed mine in February. I would say it is normal.
