I purchased a projector retrofit kit from the retrofit source with their black Friday sale in November and new TYC headlights from RockAuto. First the kit was delayed because my shipping address was different than my billing address, and then the 3 inch LED strips were back ordered. They shipped me everything, but the LED strips, and I received that in December. They had said no later than Jan 3 that the LED strips would be in stock and shipped. I called on the 13th and they said they actually got them in that day and would be shipping them soon. I got it a few days later.
Meanwhile I was looking at the clear corners I had and realized my idea of putting LED strips in them wouldn't work because of the reflectors. So I needed to get some clear corners from Japan that didn't have the reflectors. I asked

where he gets his stuff from and he was able to get some used ones for me because I wasn't about to pay the full price for new ones. They came in pretty quick and I picked them up from him and they were super clean, didn't look used at all.
Baking the headlights. 275 for 8 minutes. It was perfect. They came apart super easy.
Then I started fitting the panamera shrouds. I had to do a lot of trimming to make these fit. They still didn't fit perfect in the headlight housing and had to be squeezed just a little to fit. Also at this time I realized I didn't have the correct halos I wanted. When I purchased the kit on the retrofit source's old website, they didn't have the option to select what size halos with the kit. I was sent the 90mm ones to go on the front but I wanted the halos to go in the back which are the 120mm ones. So I had to exchange those for $18 more and because of the the snow storm in Atlanta, it was delayed a little.
No pictures of the painting but I used the same Dupli-Color Black Shadow paint that I used on the blinkers.
I put the foil tape around the projectors to block out light leakage but you could clearly see the silver through the shrouds and I hated it so I painted the tape black. I also didn't realize I bought tape that had 3M printed all over it.
Put together.
Installed.
Halo on.
I then started on the corner lights. These were a lot harder to take apart. I think I had to put them each in the oven like 3 different times to get them hot again to separate. I painted these with the same paint. I don't have any pictures of this process as I was in a hurry to get these done. I had to cut two holes in the back of the corner light to slide each strip through. The strips are metal backed so they are slightly bendable but not too much. I made little brackets out of some L shaped brackets and used those to attach the front of the strip at the front of the corner light. There weren't any brackets small enough so I had to grind these down as skinny as the LED strip.
I had to make 8 of those. I epoxied two together to make one U shaped bracket for 4 brackets total. I then epoxied those to the corner light and then attached the end of the strip to that.
Finished.
With HID's on.
I am running the halos, the corner strips, and the switchbacks in the blinkers as daytime running lights. I don't like the color of the switchbacks now since they are a 6k white. I emailed VLEDS and they said they are coming out with a new tower like switchback but wont be out for a few months and the only thing right now is the $150 V3 tritons, which is a ridiculous amount of money.
I also think it might be too much and look a little trashy to have so many lights. I really like the switchbacks but I might just get rid of those. I would like to do the corner strips as just the parking lights but they are so yellow looking when off that I hate how they look when they are off. Also I think I was sent the wrong 3" strips. I didn't compare the 6" and 3" strips next to each other before installing but now looking at them, the 6" and the halos look 5k but the 3" ones look closer to the 6k of the switchbacks. I'm completely happy with the headlights, but I don't know yet about the corners yet.
