tacoma headlights = 4runner headlights

Got a headlight question. I like the look of the HID projector headlights but I'm noticing that they don't really make them for a 2000 4runner. (What's up w/ that?) I've seen threads on how to retrofit your own but to be honest I'm having a hard time getting to oil changes w/ a 2 yr old and a 3 month old. So as I'm looking around I found a set for 2000 Tacoma and was wondering if it would fit the 4runner?

Aren't these basically the same headlights and can I do a simple swap? Or am I just pipe dreaming?

Here is the link on amazon for the headlights:

Those plug and play headlights suck IMO. Better to save the cash and do it properly. I have about $180 total into my retrofit (all TRS Morimoto parts), so it can be done.

I have never seen a set of plug and play headlights that were worth the box they shipped in. I would save up your money and do the retrofit.

Rickashay's work is an exception here, tippy top notch. The set he built for me were plug and play and perfect.
