I don't know if you've already figured out a mounting spot for the gauge yet, but I mounted my boost gauge in that cutout below the cigarette lighter. It should be the same diameter as the AEM wideband gauge(2 1/16") so I would imagine that it would fit about the same.

Well that sucks. Thanks for the info.

At least spark plugs are easy. I find the driver's side easier with the supercharger vs the stock intake manifold.

Nice! That's where I'll be putting mine. Thanks for posting this. Just installed my 7th injector kit. Tomorrow will be the 2.2 pulley and afr gauge by the weekend.

Boomslang FIC harness
I have a Boomslang harness for the FIC/6, that I would like to sell if anyone’s interested. If I remember correctly the FIC was less than the harness. I never used either. PM me if interested.

The 3.4L TRD Supercharger Thread
I just wanted to put my input from my experience with Supra injectors.
I replaced my 300k mileage ones for refurbished Supra 305cc injectors.
Stock fuel pump, stock ecu, stock supercharger pulley.
This thing feels amazing! It felt okay with the factory injectors but I just felt like there was still a little more power to be made with a tad bit more fuel. Now it feels like I feel it should. Plenty of power throughout the whole power band, great acceleration, and stock like drive ability around town. I am very pleased
Now, this is what I had a very hard time figuring out. With these drop in? Do they require modifying?
The stock 4Runner injectors are shorter.
Here is what I did to not have to do any modifying of anything
Here is a pic of both injectors.
The stock one on the left, Supra injector on the right. You can tell the seals are different. The Supra injector will not drop in as it comes.
This is both injectors with the lower seals removed
I put the stock 4Runner lower seal on the Supra injector, discarding the Supra injector lower seal
Here it is installed
Once you get the bolts in the fuel rail. You will realize they fit like a glove.
I hope this info helps someone out there.

That's awesome you got it all to fit. Very cool.
However, I was under the impression that simply supplying a bigger injector won't permanently add more fuel. Reason being: ECM sees that additional fuel and therefore lowers the PWM to the bigger injectors, hence retaining 14.7 AFR as often as possible. I'm interested to see your long term results. But I'm willing to bet that over time, (probably a week or less) the ECM is gonna remove that additional fuel and you'll be right back where you started. That's what makes the URD 7th so appealing for most: you modify the 02 signal so the extra fuel you add stays where you want it and isn't removed because the ECM gets "tricked" into thinking all is gravy.

The 3.4L TRD Supercharger Thread
^You are probably right. And stock driveability is what I was looking for. With the occasional more power under heavy load/ WOT, And that is what I got
I know these ECMs can adjust injector pulse width and fuel trim, but the stock injectors felt lean. I could just tell it’s what was limiting some power. These feel a lot better
If you mean to tell me I’m in the same boat I’d say you’re crazy. Before it would ping under load. Now it does not

Oh ok sweet! All that matters is the results and if you have great results that's awesome! I actually wished I did bigger injectors instead of the 7th. But I kept picturing poor long term changes. As long as you have it dialed where you want it and it stays there, that's wonderful!
Great little project for those just wanting to push it over that hump and not go crazy for every ounce of horsepower. I like it.

Before there was a 7th injector kit, this WAS the fuel upgrade for our superchargers. It's tried and true and richens it up nicely at WOT. Doesn't do much for closed loop driving but I'm also guessing your stock injectors were tired and a bit clogged if you noticed a power bump in closed loop. It de-tunes the extra fuel in about 2-3 drives, so I bet you had a clogged injector or two. Or six.

Got my MAPecu3 piggyback in yesterday. It was honestly super easy to wire in and I was able to find an ol set of URD instructions that after comparing with the factory wiring diagram I had it all in after about an hour. After spending some time messing with the o2 skewing I have gotten my AFRs down into the high 13s at 0psi and down to about 12 under full boost. I also eliminated all the pinging by puling out 3 degrees of timing and was actually able to advance it by 3 degrees under cruise. The power increase has been crazy I almost feel like I dont need to put the 2.2 pulley I bought on. Well see after I get the tune dialed in more though. Unfortunately my trans decided to not play nice and Ive pretty much completely blow through first gear, it slips crazy bad above 3k RPMS under 40% or more throttle. Right now Im planning to pull it and rebuild it with IPTs upgraded clutch packs. Ill post up my maps and some log files later today.

That's encouraging, I need to get my AFR gauge installed so I can tune mine. I'm still getting pinging in high gear low RPM under load with the default map from URD. What elevation are you at?

About 5k feet running 5psi on the stock pulley. Adding fuel was what really helped to get rid of the ping by cooling down the combustion cycle.
