Canadian 4Runner
New 4Runner owner here. 2000 4WD SR5 with 3.4L.
So now I have a Canadian 4Runner. I didn't realize this when I bought it, but I have it now and it's mine.
What are the major differences? I've got a block heater already installed. A little bit of undercarriage rust(nothing like what I see on other cars and trucks from the Midwest thought).
Anything I need to worry about?
Thanks in advance...

When you're heading down the highway and thinking to yourself "man... traffic is really moving fast, I'm doing 100 and I'm barely keeping up!" Just remember it's KPH not MPH.
Oh and it runs on beer not gas.

You probably have daytime running lights. Not a problem, just different. If it smells like Maple Syrup or fresh mountain air, dont look for an air freshener....Thats just leftover Canadian air.

You'll also notice, the truck is more polite than other non-Canadian models...

I also found out my 4Runner is Canadian. Also, after I bought it. My dash is in MPH not KM/hr as I'm sure yours is, or you would have noticed. That makes me wonder about the accuracy of my odometer. I have noticed some differences in the features on my model compared to the US equivalent. The other oddity is that you can not sign up on toyota.com to see and keep a service history.

Yeah, the truck had the odometer swapped over, which is why I didn't even think about it.
