I'm definitely going to keep my eyes on this post!
Would you be able to weld on some tabs on the inside and top of the hoop for lights? That may be a nice option as well. It would keep the lights inside of the hoop for protection but still give you clearance for a winch below.

Is the plate covering the tube bumper underneath?
Or is it only the same in the center as your tube bumper and the outer edges are completely different?

Hell yes. I'm with Drew, I would even drop my truck off at your shop if you wanted to fanagle the design for a few weeks.
Depending on price point, of course. If you don't put it in production, I'm going to rip off your design

I would love one of these! Any guesses as to an estimated cost?

This is a completely different design. Only thing the same is the winch mount itself.

I like it. I'd be really interested depending on price. I've been wanting to get away from the bulky ARB these days. Wouldn't hurt for a new look anyways. Only thing is I'd need it to accommodate my 2" body lift. I'm not too big on the idea for using the factory blinkers in a cutout. They never seem to sit flush b/c of their shape. Something like a flush mount would work better, like ARB does. Also, like others said kind of would like shackle mounts on the bumper.
Can you add/remove the winch without removing the bumper after it's been installed? Looks like all you would have to do is remove the grill.
Really would like to see this on a 4Runner.

I want one. I am in the market for a bumper, sooner than later, so please, keep us posted.

I agree with both parts of this. I'd rather it came with something like a flush mount LED truck/trailer turn signal.

I will try to answer all the questions in time as we work with the design a little more. We got it painted up and will be installing it with an 8000lbs winch in the AM.

what do you not like about the ARB?
I was just about to order one but was waiting to see how this federal government shutdown, sequester, furloughs and the debt ceiling negotiations play out in the next few weeks/months...
and now Scotty @ Addicted Offroad may be offering a game changer as well, depending on price point...

Heck yea I would buy it, and I will once it is in full production!
It looks AWESOME, but what I love more is that you can SEE the winch. Most plate bumpers on the market hide the winch, and when I am on the trail it really sucks not being able to see how the rope is spooling onto the drum. It is dangerous actually.
