I am guessing that Pin 6,7,9 & 18 require wires to the transfer case motor and detection switches. Does anybody have a picture of the switch locations on the multi-mode transfer case? I can take a picture and post it up tonight but at "work" now.
Also Pin 1 has no connection but Garagebuilt routed these to the ADD on the front axle?? Looking at the wiring diagram I get the ADD(99) = 4WD(96) which is Pin 19(99) to Pin 6(96)?

I wish I would have kept my wiring diagrams around but unfortunately I threw them out hoping to never do another swap like this again. When I am at work let me see if I can get you a better wiring diagram to work from.
Although I never used Singtoe's chart he had posted in one of his previous posts about the swap, I think that if you followed his wiring method everything would work. I went a little over and above by splicing into more of the factory harness getting signals from the ECU, ABS ECU, Cruise etc. Like he said the transfer case can work independently.
