Wheel sizing!

Hey guys can someone tell me the offset and backspacing for a 3rd gen's 16" rims and would a rim with these specs fit?
16x8"
6x139.7mm (6x5.5") bolt pattern
0mm offset (4.5" backspacing)
Thanks!

Pretty sure the backspacing is 4.5" on the 16x7 rims. And yes the 16x8 rims should fit seeing as they have the same specs and the Land Cruiser 80 rims.

Stock is 4 5/8" on both the split spoke and 5 star wheels. They are 16x7s. The wheels you listed will fit. They will stick out further than stock though. You will gain more room between the UCA and the tire, and the outer edge of your tire will stick out from the fender further. I run a 16x8 with 4.5" BS and mine stick out about 3/4" past the fender flare.

That's a pretty popular wheel for 3rd gens. You're looking at flush, maybe 1/2" past the fenders...it also depends on the tires you have.

Konig countersteers

http://www.toyota-4runner.org/sale-s...five-star.html

If you like those, check out Level 8 wheels from Discount Tire. They have a wheel that looks similar, and it's a bit cheaper...

Find Level 8 MK6 custom wheels by size

Someone just picked these up in the last month or so...they look good.

If you got those, I'd go with the 0 offset...stance would be perfect. Just for visual, here's mine with 285s...

No, I mean flush with the fender. The stock wheels were made to set inside the fender. A 4.5" BS and 8" wide wheel will will protrude further out than stock. IMO the size you're looking at, and that I have, work perfectly on our trucks. Stick out just enough to look good, but not too far causing debris to sling up and damage paint. Take a look halfway down this page at Speedy's setup...this is what yours would look like (although your flares are different).
2" Lift on 3rd Gen?
