Rear Sag, Lift, and Tires

As of now, I'm having some sag issues in the rear. I'd say close to 4 inches give or take a little. What is the most efficient way to fix this? Both shocks are only about 2 years old.

On another note, what is the cheapest 3 inch lift? and what tires go well with a 3 inch lift on stock wheels?

I'm not sure, I think it's just Auto Zone's brand.
