marlin crawler bumper on 3rd gen

I came across a marlin crawler rear bumper on a 94 runner and was wondering what i would need tp do to mount it on my 96. I have looked around for an answer but couldnt find anything. Does anyone know if it is possible? I know the bolts dont line up,but could it be welded? Any help would be awesome

they arent the best pictures, but i think if i take the end of the bracket off i should be able to slide the rest of the bumper into the frame the same way that you did and get that and the side supports welded without too much hassle. what do you think?
