Be weary of mileage that low, could be odometer fraud. I would run a VIN check to verify mileage and have somebody look at the vehicle unless you feel comfortable doing it. That's only a bit over 6k miles a year, so it shouldn't look very worn inside on seats, etc. 5,000 isn't a bad price if the mileage is legit and everything works. Good luck!
