I need to replace my cat, so I've been thinking of going with Magnaflow. My truck isn't a CA emissions car. Who all has ran them? I'd like to hear about longevity, if any CELs were thrown, also if you have part #s.
Thanks.

I have personally never ran high flow cats on my 5VZFE's, but I have heard of people getting O2 codes thrown over them. This is just hearsay of course.
I've heard to go with OEM replacements.
They are good cats only issue is they only last for 2-3yrs I've put them on hundreds of cars they are the best aftermarket cat out there.
Any performance/ mileage improvements?

I had my cat removed from my truck for free while it sat in the parking lot at work.
I was given the chance to pay only $1200 for my deductible and depreciation on a new OE cat. I got a free new muffler and O2 sensor thrown in too.
I was told by many that the aftermarket cats don't contain as much platinum as toyota cats, which is why they don't last and why toyota cats cost so much.
