Plastidip chrome bumper

I just plastic dipped my back chrome bumper and was trying to get some feedback.. does anyone have pictures of a front bumper plastidipped?

damm bro, came out nice!
you cant tell it was chrome from the pictures view.
i plasti dipped my rims a while ago but removed it because it was so easy to get dirty, and cleaning was a hassle, but yours came out nice man

My front chrome bumper is plasti-dipped check out my thread.

Plasti-dip does stain rather easily, especially in front on the bumper with bugs & debris and such constantly hitting it.

So you can do a few coats of "real paint" over the plasti-dip to help with that...

I think Plasti-dip makes a special clear coat to go over it to help protect it from peeling and staining. However, I think you pretty much have to use their clear coat as others will ruin the Plasti-dip.

Looks great. I would have already done the same but my bumper is trashed.

hows the durability? Does it peel or flake easily? whats the prep like? same prep for regular painting?

I plan to paint the wheels and I am debating on plasti dip the bumpers or paint them...
