Advise on Dual Battery Tray
Had everything ordered and ready, then found out Columbia Overland's dual battery tray can no longer be ordered...They do make a pretty awesome tray and the price is good..Anybody any advise? Thanks in advance..

I haven't looked into this too much, but will be doing it down the road. Hope somebody knows where to get one. You could always build your own.

Seriously? I was planning to use that tray for mine. I'll be watching to see what you find. It's a shame as it was a good looking option.

I'm using a ruff stuff box-
Battery Boxes - RuffStuff Specialties
The box is great- it's the fender skirt that's gonna need some reinforcing. Two batteries are heavy + too much rocks. I'll be addressing that issue in the spring.
That bolt w/fender washer is one of the 4 holding the box on, the other ones are through the battery spot (tray?, flat metal area?) and not the skirt.
A Blue Sea 7622 sits in that empty space where the coolant reservoir was.
The coolant reservoir is now a large bike bottle in a bike bottle cage that's bolted to the side of the air box.
Anyways...

I'm actually in the process right now of doing this. Just bought the T-Max Battery Controller, and 2 Yellow tops. I was planning on buying one of these
Optima D34 Battery Box Yellow Red Blue Top Custom Offroad | eBay
And mounting it somehow to the passenger side where that void is. But after seeing the Ruff Stuff one I want to see if I can get that fit in the stock location.

I looked up the Columbia overland dual tray and they provide a relocation mount for the radiator overflow tank. They are for Odyssey batteries and not Optimas so I don't think the links we provided will help the OP.

That reservoir location on the overland box wouldn't work well with checking the oil.....
aluminum, cool.

I've got a diehard platinum G35 in the stock location. Planned to use the Columbia bracket for a second but am now thinking maybe I could fit a single battery mount somewhere else. Will keep watching for what you come up with.

Which size? 1400 Odyssey? What group size Diehard?
I want to build one just to see if I could make something nice and worth sharing.

Very Curious to see what people come up with here, I've thought about moving my secondary battery from the cargo area to the giant void where the ABS pump is (No ABS on mine)
