interior fuse panel

When the 4Runner engine is running and idling, is there a specific fuse in the interior fuse panel by the driver's left knee which would kill the engine if pulled/removed? If so, then which fuse?

Kill Switch Central
Interesting idea, I think most people just wire it into the ignition though and interrupt the starter wire instead of digging into the fuse panel. It's also much easer to do.
