Any cats stolen with belly pan

Sold my highlander a few years ago. Before sale someone stole my cat. Replaced it with universal without issues. I just picked up a 99 t4r with original cat and was wondering for those that have belly pans have you had your cat stolen with belly pan?

"Might" slow them down some, but no. You can get one of those stupid look cat locks that clanks around. People might hear you clanking down the street, but you cat won't get stolen.

I've been reading about cat clamps. Looks like people can you cut even further down the pipe and take cat and the clamp. At least with the belly it's seems like it would be more work to get the cat out.

I'm pretty sure some of the cables on the cat clamps will wrap around the frame/cross-members.

If someone wants your cat, they're gonna get your cat.

Belly pans and such make it harder to get them, but they can still be got.

Bottom line, nothing is completely protected on a vehicle.

All you can do is hope for the best.
