Front bumper help - Addicted, Savage, or CBI Hybrid
I'm ready to pull the trigger on a front bumper and I'm having a hard time deciding on which of these three to get... My main concerns are following the tubular theme I have going and keeping the weight down since these coilovers can only provide so much lift and I really don't want to get heavier springs since I like a soft ride
Addicted Tubular... Pros being I love the approach angle and the square stinger, lightweight compared to others... Cons being it took them 8 weeks to make me sliders which is ridiculous since I was told 3 tops when I made the order
Savage... Pros being it would probably best match the rear bumper... Cons being their new design is not up yet for me to see... Not a huge fan of their current design, so chances are I might not like their new one either
CBI... Pros being its badass... Cons would be weight
Here are some photos... Opinions wanted

I'm going for an addicted front bumper in the very near future. They are all functional so its just my preference.

The plate just looks so right on the addicted bumper, very low profiled in the plate area, still have the tubular bars as well on there. Sounds like they made some design improvements this week on it. The overall weight is lower for an off road bumper. I also really like CBI's bumper. I thought awhile on this subject, reading reviews, build threads, and for me addicted has my needs covered. I like that you have a tubular theme going. I did too on my old TJ but the 4runner just looks more natural too my eyes with plate over all tubular bumpers. It kinda reminds me of my Jeep days when my wrangler was covered in tube armor lol

I guess their plate bumper would still fit in with what I have... I don't think they have a body lift option yet :/ I wonder how much that one weighs

I love my plate bumper and it is true they don't have a body lift option as of yet but maybe in the future. I estimated mine as weighing about 70 pounds, It didn't drop my suspension any noticeable amount and I only have a spacer lift right now. I waited a little over a month for mine to show up too.
@ AddictedOffroad
, I know your working hard on the other designs but I think you'd be better to chime in on current turn times and if you guys are going to do a BL option

I have the CBI hybrid, (check out my build for pics). I like the approach angle and some looks right about it, but it is a bit heavier, though nowhere near as heavy as a full plate.

I purchased addicted new plate. Still waiting but will be worth it. They are super busy right now and turn times are long. Also they are not doing body lift options ever is what they told me.

I ordered an addicted offroad front back at the beginning of February. We are one week away from May and I have yet to see my bumper. I think if Scotty doesn't get it together regarding delivery of his products, it is going to negatively impact his business.....with that said, in my opinion, addicted has a great looking bumper.

Yea I figured they're just plain busy... and that's dagger if they won't offer a BL option

I too was frustrated waiting for my sliders, but I was set on getting their product... I am glad I waited though which is why I'm leaning towards their front bumper because of the aggressive look. Out of curiosity did you order plate or tube?

I have a 1.5" body lift and still went with his bumper. I still think it will look good as long as I paint it underneath the bumper it wont stick out too much. He said it would cost to much to change all the jigs for all the different type body lifts.
Also I plan on a SAS one day and will end up removing the body lift then because its not needed. Better to build your armor around your body, not your body lift since one day it may need to be removed.
I have been waiting a VERY long time for his new plate bumper but it should be done very soon I hope and I know it will be worth the wait. Its one of the best looking and has the best approach angles out of any of the plates. My buddy has his tube and its almost impossible to get the front end to hang on anything with pretty much any approach angle. We try to see what it takes to get it to hit and it never does.

I appreciate the input... I also plan on doing the SAS since rock crawling is what I mostly want to do... good to hear the tube bumper is effective

Off topic question..... Who's sliders are those? Can't say that I have seen sliders with the back designed like that.

A lot of kickouts at the rear make it hard for you to climb a rock, straight from Addicteds website " They utilize a subtle rear kick-out to help keep rocks out of your doors yet still allow your tire to climb the rock."
