Freshly powder coated my 01 rims plus added new tires!

Cooper 265-75-16 tires which ride very nice !

I powder coated my stock rims in a 20% gloss black almost a satin black the whole process consisted of aluminum oxide blasting all 4 rims to bare aluminum then acid etching them then a 30 min bake, cool then powder and bake for another 20 mns at 400 degrees.

I am more than happy with the results now my plans are to buy the black oem lug nuts and color match the center cap with a proper base/clear with the Toyota emblem done in red to make it pop.

After that comes the Tundra brake upgrade which if I recall clears on these wheels correct?

Very nicely done. I love those wheels and I'm a Powder Coat believer. The center caps present problems but its not insurmountable.

Thanks and while they do present a small problem I think it will be easy to match at the paint store as they almost always get the match dead nuts with their color gun so that is on my plan of attack this week yet, I will add a photo of how it turns out.

Nicely done, and the Tundra brakes will fit behind those, too.
