need help diagnosing issue! possible failed tps?

the vehicle is a 99 limited v6 auto

alright, so a while back my tps sensor threw a code. I took a code reader to it and canceled it and it seemed to be fine for a while. recently ive noticed the truck is just not driving right. my maf has been cleaned as well as my throttle body (recently).

on a side note. when the issue first happened, the truck what idling at 2500rpm in "P" and "N". when it was in "D" it would never go into its "neutral" and it would still accelerate and shift into second even if I wasn't touching the gas.

I have a video of driving on the highway, youl notice that when I let go of the gas the rpms will drop (like they should), but then they go up and down then back up

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4I4Hi08BryM (yes I know its upside down) il try to get a better one today but I just wanted to see if anyone had some input on my issue before I throw in a 90$ sensor if my old one is actually fine

If the code said TPS, I'd replace the TPS.

There is a guy selling new oem tps sensors for a great price in the classifieds now. I put one on my truck recently.

Some have cleaned their MAF, and got rid of the TPS code that way. Try cleaning the MAF first just in case
