Any 01-02 have abs/skid control ecu failures?

I am 95% sure my abs ecu shit the bed as I have no speedometer, cruise and abs, brake and trac lights on along with the fact no scan tool can not communicate with the abs ecu for any live data feed.

Anew one (abs ecu only) is 300 ish my cost from Toyota so looking for more input before I pull the trigger also all of my abs sensors test out equal.

I know this is a semi common problem as I have seen 2 for sale on craigs list with the same symptoms as mine and one of the sellers said he paid a dealer to diag it and it came back as this ecu I would have figured that some of you guys here have had this problem or had some 1st hand experience with it?

Ok I talked to a Toyota master tech at the dealer today and we went over the testing path as to which I did all of it and the only real fault that could cause is the skid control module under the hood so I need to find a good used one.
