Front Suspension and Rear Sway Bar Links??? Have some questions...

The lift I installed Rear, OME 890 and bil 4600. Front Bil adjust (F4-BE5-D558-TO), these are a part # for a 95.5-04 Tacoma, and 99 tall springs. I am going to drive it several more miles to see if I get any settle in the rear. Right now Im @1 1/4" higher in the rear, Not a big fan of the noticeable rake.
There are 3 notches on the 5100 and Im sitting in the middle one.

1. Would I be better off putting a small spacer or going up to the top notch?

I installed moog front links on the front and rear (not happy with the front, I have a link that was built on a Friday, damn thing won't stay tight????) Its driving me nuts. My rear sway bar is a bit off center, towards the driver side.

2. Are my links on bassakwards?
