Battery drain

My battery drains pretty quickly when the car is turned off. I'm not sure where to begin so I'm asking for help.

Some specs:
1. The battery is about 3 months old. I guess I could have a bad battery but it doesn't seem likely.
2. My Scangauge says it puts out about 14.5v when running and about 12.8 when I turn the car off. Are those normal figures?

Thanks for any help on how to go about trouble shooting.

Those are proper voltage values for the battery and alt.

If you have a multimeter, then this is what you should do next:

It's pretty straightforward.
