They're just some crappy chinesium system I found on eBay. There's an interface attached to the head unit that receives the signals. I have a Car Joying (more cheap chinesium) Android head unit that it ties into. They work OK, but is somewhat limited. No idea how well they would work with a real head unit. Has taken a while to get used to where they sit on the wheel.

Last summer I accidentally pulled my ac condensation tube out while I was disinfecting it. I put it back in but since then the drips have been hitting my exhaust flange. I can hear each drop sizzle. I've been making minor adjustments to find a position where the drips wouldn't hit my exhaust. Haven't found the sweet spot yet.
