Newly registered but long time lurker; I used to visit the site, a decade ago when I had my 2000 SR5 2WD, but never had any urge to mod a 2WD and post about it.
Finally got a 4WD 3rd gen, also have a 2nd gen 4WD, and really happy to start my build mainly for light off-roading.
*The previous owner installed 3" spacers in the front and back and I can already see how it's damaged the right UBJ (needs to be replaced) and the CV axles are angled really bad.
My first updates are to remove the spacers and replace with Bilstein 5100's all around, OME 880/960, replace Upper/Lower BJ's, Sway bar stabilizer links and sway bar suspension bushings, replace sparkplugs, filters, drain plug gaskets, a differential drop kit as I feel that will help with further aligning the CV axles after a lift, and possibly a JBA High Caster UCA (I would have to return the upper (OEM) balljoints if I go this route.)
If you have any experience with the (OEM) upper balljoints vs. the JBA UCA
(with their own balljoint set up) then any suggestions about the later would be awesome.

*The previous owner(s) had damaged the front bumper valance and taped over it. - I'm going to leave it until I replace that or the bumper itself after I address the bad lift, broken r. upper balljoint, and replace the lower balljoints (precautions).
