I've had some fun in the cargo area but not under the seat

But seriously, the switch has to be bad on the back of the center console.

You need to add a dial so the fun level can be adjusted.

Have you checked to make sure the rear controls aren't on?

Ck fan/fun switch make sure its in neutral position ? If so unplug switch. If fan stops you know then what the issue is.if you need a switch which I bet you don't
Let me know what year your working with I have a few used consoles up at shop
With switches in them could help u with that?
