2009 Lexus GX470 17"wheels

I am looking for 17"wheels for a future TBU & found some Lex GX470 wheels
Any one have experience on these fitting over the 231 calipers? I don't see them listed on the master TBU thread. These would be going on my 2000 SR5

I was going to put these on my truck, but the offset Would have me running spacers. It will clear the brakes, but Would definatly hit the upper a arm.

I could be wrong but I believe the backspacing is 5 1/4". I also looked into 100 series wheels but even with 1.25" spacers, they will make for a pretty narrow track width. I picked up some LX450 wheels and 1.25" spacers instead.

There's nothing worse than a lifted truck with a stock or narrower than stock track width. It looks dumb and you're begging for a roll-over IMO.

Those will definitely clear either size Tundra/Sequoia caliper. GX470s have larger rotors/calipers,large enough that 16" wheels will not clear them.

Like a foRd edward bower exploder i saw this morning, factor fender flairs looked horrible with narrow track wheels/tires - they stuck out 3+" from wheels. 3rd Gems looks far better w/their factory mud flairs-Thank God.
