Cylinder order on 4 cyl
They are just numbered in order front to back, so #1 is the very front, #4 is the very back. And most 4cyl engines fire 1,3,4,2 as was mentioned above.
Good luck finding the misfire, hope its something simple. I should be getting my 3RZ back from the machine shop after a complete rebuild. It started as a misfire on #1 that wouldn't go away, and after a leak-down and compression test I was amazed it still ran. #1 compressed at like 65psi and #4 only made 125psi, with the others in between someplace.
