Evap CEL Code

I was told that Charcoal Canister was trashed as is filled with gas and has to be replaced after doing a smoke test I replaced the sensor on top of it with no luck, if the canister is trashed as there is no sensor on it to state this what else could it ? also would that kill the MPG ? I can Fill up but not over fill the tank drive 30-40miles and be down 1/4 tank already but get 16mpg without kicking in the Super Charger

I just had to replace my canister too. If it's not the sensor, it could be the canister it self or the lines. The canister it self seems to be a common culprit though. Usually when you buy a new/used one it will come with sensors too. I just bought a new one with new sensors and it solved my issue.
