bfg KM2's officially discontinued! Freak out!

BFG have officially discontinued the 255 85 16 KM2's!!! I'm really bummed, as these were going to be my next tire... Now my research continues... Here is an email I got from bfg:

We apologize for the difficulty you have had in locating this tire, Luke. Unfortunately, the BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain KM2 in the size LT255/85R16 has been discontinued completely. Currently, BFGoodrich does not have plans to re-instate this tire. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing BFGoodrich.

If you want to upgrade to 17's, I see that you can buy Cooper S/T Maxx's in 255/80/17.

Think you can get those in a 16 " rim too... They're one of my options.. Pretty good one I think

They still have the KM2 in 255/80R17. I just put them on my 2002 and love them.

OP you're wrong. BFG is making a slight sidewall change to the KM2, changing the serial number most likely. The 255/85/r16 will be back in May. Maybe if you searched you'd be able to find the thread with all the answers in it.

KM2s discontinued in several sizes?

That's interesting, and gives me hope. What makes me worried is I got that email today as well... See above... The 255 and 285 size are missing from bfg website... If you do a search in bfg's website they offer nothing in the 255 size... So I'd like to believe the answer in the other thread, but the answer I got was an absolutely not... I'll go with the glass is half full, and wait for new tires till may...

Oh, and I did search, and on expedition portal as well... Most importantly, if you read the thread... I contacted bfg themselves.
