Power Steering Pump....
Well all you third gen owners,
I need to know what the flow rate is on a stock power steering pump. Also what options I have for after market pump that pump some serious flow rates.
I'm researching and collecting data for my next project.
Thanks
Blue

The FSM doesn't give flow rate, but it does give PSI, 1209 at idle with the valve closed, meaning not turning. Are you thinking of running a hydraulic accessory, like a winch?
Hmmmm?

No that will be a 4link at some point I have a feeling. But before that I will do the Exo Cage to keep the trees and rocks off the body around the Ozarks. They can be a real ***** at times.

Just for curiosity's sake, what kind of flow rate are you looking for?

From what I'm reading you want to start at around 3gpm. I know some pumps are running 7gpm. In the end I'm just sick and tired of fighting turning my 4Runner. So Hydro it is....
